Pros
It was okay in the start, but honestly I do not recommend anymore. Managers are on a power trip. There is no sense of company culture. Everyone I know is burnt out.
Cons
Where do I start… Well, similarly to other reviews, this company is a sinking ship, that should tell you all. You are not valued as an employee here, no matter the effort you put in. The stress and burn out from this work is terrible. The feeling is so grim and mentally draining. The managers and higher ups do not communicate anything with you. Lack of diversity. There is so much micro management, no one trusts you. It is exhausting. They treat as if you’re disposable. They’ve taken away all benefits we previously had. No sense of growth. The CEO never has any answers for anyone, never answers the questions given. I don’t think he knows what he’s doing which is a huge red flag. They’re always changing directions of new “products” that never actually launch. It’s “new ideas” after new ideas and it’s just a circle of never actually putting anything out there. I do not see this company going far. Sure, during Covid they were doing well but now I don’t see much in Colors future. They also need to teach their managers how to actually manage employees and no the difference between trust and micro managing. They need to have a workshop for managers. The managers take their anger out on theirs employees. They hire employees just to lay them off right after.
