      Amazing culture, hybrid workplace, great office location, teams are active and collaborative with each other, treat employees very weel, tons of career growth and learning opportunities, company leadership is well aligned, plenty of PTO

      expensive cafeteria, salaries could be a little better

      Pros

      Coloplast mostly seems to care about it's employees. Pay is competitive, and I don't think they'll ever go full RTO.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for internal advancement if you're not willing to move.
