Pros
- Benefits - Colleagues - Working atmosphere - High standards of procedures - High quality of what the teams deliver - High diversity and culture of work
Cons
- Quarterly reviews always show organic growth at a high level with no real benefits for the employees. Pizza and fruit days won't compensate intensified work of the employees - Management doesn't always make the right decisions of how the team structure should look like - Salary reviews. Expectations were set very high, but the outcome was unsatisfying - No bonus program - Employee development program done by managers with no idea for it. Some certifications were a plus. - Turnover rate was very high - People promoted to managers were not really experienced and were not related with the IT business therefore their decisions were not based on the department's and company's mission, vision and values. Some of the promotion decisions indicated a trace of nepotism - Setting high level of goals with no real outcome for the employees. One-time bonuses were given as a general budget for the best performing team which divided by the individual team members equaled an equivalent of 2 medium pizzas with pineapple, 1 garlic sauce and if one could decide to go for a worse pizzeria maybe they could additionally afford 1 small sparkling water on the side, but hey! The budget wasn't provided to the inviduals at all.
