      The products are excellent and some can be easy to sell to smaller hospital systems

      Cons

      Sales process can be extremely long for large IDNs. Marketing is dead at the wheel

      Pros

      Coloplast mostly seems to care about it's employees. Pay is competitive, and I don't think they'll ever go full RTO.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for internal advancement if you're not willing to move.
