Pros
Decent pay, Decent employee benefits however they have started taking away some of the benefits. (Such as removing national holidays, removing quarterly nights out etc), and Working from home available.
Cons
There is lots of Micromanagement, management can be out of touch and Clear favoritism is shown to the English office (More chances of promotion, better budget, first choice in training etc.) The quality of training has significantly decreased since the recent change in management with no signs of improving, Management is out of touch with the actual day to day running of the business causing unnecessary stress for the employee's
