Very unprofessional once you leave the office. Zero disciplinary action when it comes to people acting like it's a prison yard or high school. Everyone is inconsiderate they all have the attitude of clocking in and clocking out, if they have something to eat or drink they throw it on the ground or in the water even if it's plastic. No "no littering" signs.
