      Good Benefits, monthly celebrations, trips given out to top performers via lottery, clean working conditions, decent comuter systems at each desk

      Cons

      Poorly trained managers, limited growth potential, low salary, no commission, low monthly bonuses, high turnover, forced to use scripts and can't really use your personality to sell

      Direct supervisor is great and supportive.

      Cons

      They say its a sales job but 90% of your job is actually customer service. Its not a good fit for me and the pay is not great at all.
