Pros
Salary is competitive. Good location. They let people work from home once a week, and overall they seem relatively flexible about people's work schedules.
Cons
Management seems to have zero technical knowledge whatsoever. Almost all of the code is outsourced to CNO India, and is of a very low quality. Almost no quality control mechanisms in place (no code reviews, no documentation, no unit testing, etc). From what I've seen of the code base, it's a miracle that anything works at all. No accountability. No one seems to want to take real technical ownership of problems, I was in bug meetings where it was decided to deliberately ignore problems, or perform lazy obviously incorrect fixes, because they weren't specifically asked to handle it (everything was someone else's problem). Unbelievable bureaucracy. The overhead involved in getting the most trivial things done is outrageous.
