the pay is decent and the fact that if you finish your route early they will pay your full hours if you manage to stay in good standings, great for those who like to walk/run ALOT
Cons
the insurance is expensive. if your one minute late you lose your route bonus which includes all time you would have been compensated for finishing routes early. Manager doesn't care about the associate more than she cares about her reputation. HR is not on your side. the driving app that tracks your safe driving is very touchy and will sling your score through the floor and good luck challenging them. this job is extremely physically demanding as you need to be fast enough to walk/run up to peoples porches and deliver packages that vary in weight 75-190 times a day.
