      Pros

      Great equipment provided, Great pet policy, Allowed to be independent. Shop was fantastic and very safety oriented.

      Cons

      Routing was ill planned. Could not keep busy enough. Always doing favors for other drivers,resulting in lost monies. Senior management seems to not know what is going on day to day. Absolutely clueless dispatcher and disconnected dispatch manager.

      Pros

      9-5 hours. No weekends. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Communication is horrible. Management needs work. No bonuses unless you are a dispatcher. 80's decorations and mindset. Its as if you work in a morgue. If you have fun while getting your work done, you are repremanded. They expect employees to wear nice business like clothes but drivers are allowed to walk freely through the office wearing booty shorts, pants sagging, dirty clothes that smell like they haven't been washed in months and clothes so tight that their bodies hang out.
