Pros
- paycheck - benefits (especially EAP - because you’re going to need it) - get to work with clients, who are the only source of joy and positive feedback in the entire place
Cons
Literally everything else. HR is aggressive and picks individual battles with staff based on personal issues, completes “performance reviews” without any supervisors/management from the actual team present.. supervisors aren’t trained. Upper management is clueless and out of touch. This place is SO toxic is honestly hard to put into words. Trust this review and don’t find out for yourself.
