      Pros

      Former CEO was old school forty year plus lender who had great experience and always had time to discuss deals. Flexible schedule, adequate benefits and great annual leave for officers. Good external training opportunities.

      Cons

      Facilities in Baltimore were terrible. High turnover. Limited products.

      Pros

      Small Company, everyone knows each other

      Cons

      Too small of a company to have issues with each other, people stuck on titles saying they are concerned about employees when they are not. No room for advancement at all, no recognition for employees and work performance.
