      Pros

      At my current location everyone is willing to help one another. Family and well being are important. Taking individual responsibility is important. In the "short" amount of time I have been here I have spoken to upper management (exec level) and have felt as that I was truly heard. Transparency seems to be norm here, not like that at most companies.

      Cons

      Only con I can think of really is the number of people who are working here. It can be a strain to get training when you are on an off shift. I learn quickly when working with people who have experience. Learning online and from a book are ok but it is not, by far, the real world.

      The Together We Win culture is emphasized throughout the company and our TRUST values embody who we are as an organization. Our constant growth and commitment to ESG is admirable. I love working for Cologix.

      Pros

      I love the culture here. The teams on the corporate side are still able to work remotely and it's a culture that is fully embraced by leadership. I work with wildly talented people every day who are passionate about what they do. Regardless of your role or level, you have the very real opportunity to make an impact here.

      Cons

      Relative to other larger companies that I have worked for, it can sometimes be difficult to find internal information that is outside of your dept. Not to say that everything is intentionally siloed, but there is just not a central repository for it that is easy to navigate.
