Pros

There are some really smart engineers that can teach you a lot.

Cons

None of those great engineers are empowered to make decisions. All decisions are managed by 5 people. These 5 people are single minded, negative, self-centred, and ruthless. There are little to no ethics at this company. The blame will fall somewhere..described as a head will roll. This is what happens when a human error takes place, even if not caused by that human. There is no support or HR. If you have a real problem there is no path to resolution. The resolution is in the hands of a legal council draped as HR. The only thing she is concerned with is liability. This company has one of the worst cultures ever witnessed. There is no motivation, no positive feedback, no clear direction, and no value given to its employees or customers. The customers are their least important assets. Its sad too because most of the companies that were purchased by cologix had amazing cultures and customer service departments. It is painfully apparent that the only thing that matters is selling the company.

Pros

The Together We Win culture is emphasized throughout the company and our TRUST values embody who we are as an organization. Our constant growth and commitment to ESG is admirable. I love working for Cologix.

Cons

None that come to mind at this time.

Pros

I love the culture here. The teams on the corporate side are still able to work remotely and it's a culture that is fully embraced by leadership. I work with wildly talented people every day who are passionate about what they do. Regardless of your role or level, you have the very real opportunity to make an impact here.

Cons

Relative to other larger companies that I have worked for, it can sometimes be difficult to find internal information that is outside of your dept. Not to say that everything is intentionally siloed, but there is just not a central repository for it that is easy to navigate.
