Leadership lacks credibility. They accidentally allowed it to slip that they encourage US attrition - actively replacing workforce with cheaper labor based in India. I can't confirm first-hand the other reviews charging racism, but it comes as no surprise at all. Management is shamefully deceitful from the VPs up through COO and has grown aggressively greedy during the BlackRock acquisition.
Rampant favoritism abounds.
