      Very well managed, hands on style. The management deploys rigorous methods to keep company's competitive advantage. Distinctive long term/strategic planning, vs other competitors.

      Cons

      Sometimes, the organizational environment may be a little too abrasive and individual employees may get less management attention then needed.

      Great for building one's CV

      Cons

      Long hours 6 days a week, very low commission and the company does not pay during war times. They might force you to go on company trips but will put it under 'paid vacation' and take away your vacation days.
