      Very stable and mature business.

      Cons

      How the company manages an employee is not properly documented or structured. No objective set, and at evaluation time of an employee's performance, it is based on manager's "impression". Very little respect for the employee's sacrifice in family time or hard work due to poor people and project management.

      Benefits, decent pay, U.K. holidays if you're in the U.S.

      Cons

      Hybrid work schedule. You'll be in the office on a Zoom call, sitting next to the people you're on a Zoom call with.
