Company has a great mindset and eager to grow and develop taking their staff along with them and having them be part of the success. management lisstesn to staff and encourages ideas and suggestions to improve overall practice and operations.

There is some favoritism amongst leadership that unfortunately clouds judgement and fairness. Feel that some staff are underpaid for their role, responsibilities and overall value they contribute to the company.
