Good/Great Benefits - up to 25k/year in education reimbursements - 401K match: 100% of first 3%, 50% of the next 3% - 3 weeks PTO, plus 5 additional approved time off, plus sick leave, etc. Low stress, not regularly expected to put in any overtime
Cons
Pay - Not terrible, but could be better. No bonuses unlike other defense/aerospace companies, especially others in the area
