Pros
Stable Decent pay and benefits Opportunities to learn are there, especially for new grads
Cons
If you do not have a lot of experience, you can expect to spend the first 5 years or more doing mainly documentation type tasks that more senior engineers don't want to do. The guys doing real design work all have 15+ years at the company. All of the negatives that go with working for a government contractor, like tracking what you're doing on each project to the nearest 10th of an hour. Other pro or con probably depends a lot on your specific team. It's a big company.
