The acquistion has changed the management style. Rockwell Collins was starting to really invest in the morale of their employees and quality of their careers. Unfortunately UTC has changed this. Many people went from caring about the company to just caring that they are employed with no loyalty to the company. It is unfortunate and I hope that they can change this and shows us that we matter.
