Pros
Aerospace is an exciting industry with lots to learn. Exposure to all sorts of aircraft and product development. Co-workers were very smart and helpful. Was very lucky to have a supportive boss. Opportunities for global travel.
Cons
Always behind in getting the parts to build the product, so there was a lot of time spent explaining and apologizing to the customer for being behind. Incoming inspection was a bottle neck and not well organized. Seems to be a revolving door of employees so there were always new people to train. Internal processes were not smooth. Very little opportunity for career growth.
