Pros
Benefits are competitive but not great. Many of my managers were very supportive. I enjoyed the people I worked with, especially the diversity of working with so many remote employees from all over the world. The aerospace industry is an exciting one to work in and full of opportunities to learn and be in awe of the innovation and ingenuity of the professionals in that industry.
Cons
They will always value profit over people. Stakeholder valueatters more than any employees performance, loyalty or value to their work. The structure is constantly changing and the infrastructure is constantly in flux, requiring employees to change and learn new processes or programs constantly. One never feels settled because of the constant churn - not growth, just change. They speak a good game about safety being first and putting their people first but their actions say otherwise.
