Pros

Very good work life balance, never a shortage of work! Great balance overall with a supportive cast of engineers always wiling to lend a helping hand.

Cons

Not a great workplace culture at this office. The professionals are slightly on the older side. Compensation is decent but not as high compared to other firms.

Pros

-Covers professional exam costs UP-FRONT + completion bonus! -Corporate perks / initiatives are plentiful -Frequent lunch & learn seminars -Solid office culture / humor / team rapport

Cons

-Impactful projects are much fewer than 'bread & butter' projects -Commercial program work can pigeon-hole junior staff / limit skill-building -Inconsistent staffing (hurry up & wait) & management style between PMs -Growth from acquisitions prioritized over efficiency / streamlining of existing and new company knowledge & standards -Corporate bureaucratic processes can be frustrating
