Pros

If you are lazy and love dirty office politics, this is your place to make money without any hard work!

Cons

Bad management and viscous HR will create false trap for the key employees to ruin their reputation just to hide the dishonest practices. Often the licensed engineers are forced to work for multiple disciplines for long hours and they don’t pay for the hard work. This is the way the CED makes profit.
