Pros
The business is a great family-run company, which I personally have very much enjoyed working for and being a part of. They are very team and employee focused, compared to other companies I have been employed by, and open to ideas, your opinions and improving procedures to work better and taking the employees into consideration. Great staff activities and rewards.
Cons
As a leaving employee (only due to personal relocation), I could only suggest that the business streamlines or improves certain procedures to ensure clients are not waiting for answers for longer than necessary. Some easier ways of working could be improved for the client experience, but on the whole, they are working well and as with all businesses, improvements and implementing new ways of working takes time and experience.
