Pros
My unit is great. Good management and a family feeling. Fair scheduling, most people receive what they put in for. Pay is better than other local Charleston hospitals. No traffic.
Cons
Everyone is on call, so there is not always a doctor on hand for nights. Low staffing right now (which is a common theme everywhere unfortunately). Meditech charting.
