      Pros

      Very easy and low stress job environment. The school is beautiful and the neighbors and kids are respect and kind.

      Cons

      The management needs improvement and the turnover rate is kinda high. Nothing to look forward too in the long run. It's considered a temp job if you plan on going anywhere in the future.
