Pros

None aside maybe the coworkers ... even then some of them have their own groups and talk behind people's backs.

Cons

- Pay sucks only at $17 hr with no option for a raise if you take the benefits your pay is more like $15. - Attendance based over actual support; Students are clearly just numbers even if they say its not. - Nepotism all higher ups are related or married to each other; promotions seem to only be those favored over actually qualified people. - Money is spent on fancy luncheons and incentives to make students attend opposed to paying workers a fair wage (again students are just numbers) - Fired HR department; often tells workers to talk problems out amongst themselves - Students who wish to leave are convinced to stay which does not feel good as these are students with mental disabilities. - Told to stalk Students to have them attend sessions - They made it hard to find reviews on indeed cause they are poor as well. Overall a bad company with so man red flags I wouldnt apply and just run from it.

Pros

The leadership and team are dedicated to supporting families and students. The provided weekly supervision to staff and always support personal development. I have never had a question go unanswered and have always been encouraged to seek personal education. It is a unique program that families regularly say changed their lives for the better.

Cons

Many cons stated relate to working in the community. Some campuses are nicer to work at than others.
