low pay and the benefits are not much. supervisors don't seem to take concerns seriously and show favoritism. high turnover rate, people are always leaving this job. they promised 32 hours, but have cut those hours whenever it suits them. the program encourages staff to track down students on campus who aren't able to make it to sessions, which can be uncomfortable for students.
