Pros

The fabulous benefits package is what keeps most people at the College Board. LOTS of time off which includes vacation, personal, and sick days. The retirement plan is second to none.

Cons

Career growth is somewhat limited. If your manager thinks you are an asset to your department, he/she will try and prevent you from transferring to another department and still keep you at the same pay and level. Secondly, I think the salary compensation could be somewhat higher especially for the non Directors. The yearly raises don't even keep up with inflation. Lastly, expect TONS of meetings. In a given week, I can have over 10 hours of meetings. Other than that, it's a good place to work.
