I worked with a fun RECRUITING department

the ceo is totally out of touch with 21st century recruiting. The whole companies business model is stuck in the 80s and desperately holding onto the "glory days" of the 80s. The company does not see its employees of any value. They are looked upon as "what have you done for me" and are see as expendable. The COO is lazy and i question what he does and what value does he bring
