Pros
Fun to sell home decor and make someone's day. If you can sell, you can make some good money on top of the hourly pay.
Cons
They say they care about the employees. Well first off, they hire not within the company for supervisors. They also made people who have worked there for a long time sit back and train a brand new supervisor who knew nothing about the job. (Which should have been for employees who worked hard for it) they takes a sales script up from underneath their best sellers and no NOT give reconiginition or even ask if it's okay and give it to everyone else to use. They have a new supervisor telling people to make the sales or else they lose their jobs when previous years they used to have time off the phone to play games. They do some games but nothing like it was before when they weren't so strict on time. Also, doesn't matter if your moms or dads is dying, you goto the hospital or anything serious, a doctors note counts for nothing and you will get a point. It's irritating they make it seem employee focused when they fire left and right and mess people over but act like a good company. It's now all about money. Btw. Also. Do not miss more than 80% of your shift or your entire incentive check will be taken. Doesn't matter the amount.
