Young company willing to put in work to grow. Large opportunity to excel and move up if you put in the work and deliver. Higher up management is open to listen and provide space for development and trying out new strategies. Good opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and improve on management skills. Salaries and bonuses are on higher end of the industry.
Cons
Lack of communication between departments. Lack of standardization and implementation of protocols. Missing ressources within the corporate offices and sometimes ressources lack experience when giving trainings or setting up new processes.
