good hours and good work environment. working in teams mostly. able to learn alot about the product. many meetings and communication with team members so there is little confusion of what is expected.
Cons
little room for growth. management should be more motivation and less demeaning to employees. sometimes the amount of meetings is overwhelming and makes it hard to get the work done needed.
