Pros
While this company does have it's issues as all companies do, this is by far the best company I have worked for. They have a talent pool like no other company and are adored by the retailers that they service. While sometimes tough business decisions needs to be made, they are humane and caring and truly do have the employees best interest at heart
Cons
Since we have such a large work force it is sometimes difficult to communicate with senior management
