Bullying and harassment at all levels, feels unsafe to speak up because those that do become targets. Inappropriate behaviour is excused or ignored by the people able to resolve it and committed by leaders. No support or help is provided, no induction or orientation - just expected to get on with it without any policies or procedures. The whole place exists to feed egos and everything is exaggerated to fake success. Nothing is truthful so when you start you find out that nothing is as was advertised or sold to you, then when you start you find out that you were hired in to do something that doesnt exist and put in a role entirely different. Leaders play favourites and good people are pushed out if they arent in the click.these issues exist across all offices and people are struggling.
