      " mental health leave" " early finishes Friday " - all a joke especially when your KPI's are high, calls are recorded and staff turn over is over 50%

      Cons

      CEO has built an entire business to feed his ego yet is a joke to the entire industry. Comms are never paid on time. Its a cut throat company with massive staff turn over. The ceo seems to cut the management team every 3 months & head hunts consultants to make them redundant a month later. CEO pays for awards & the indstry knows it
