Work here a year for experience and then get out. Very toxic work environment. No room or potential for growth. They offer pretty good benefits, insurance, 401k, etc. But really not worth it. You can do so much better and you deserve to work at a better company. There are so many great places to work in biotech besides here. Merck, lonza, any large biotech company are great to work at and have a much better company structure and are much more supportive.
