      Pros

      Pretty much everyone's nice, smart, hard-working. Code base isn't terrible; quickly moving to TypeScript/React/Mobx. Management has technical background and is understanding of deadlines. Really open culture for communicating how you feel without worry of being reprimanded.

      Cons

      You will definitely be expected to pull your own weight and then some. Some parts of the code aren't super sexy to work on.
