Where to begin. Over the last 18 months this place has gone from promising to horrendous. Leadership doesn’t have a clue how to manage and continuously falls short. Their ongoing RIFs are a huge problem and for anyone in the interview process here -reconsider your options before you sign . They don’t care how long you’ve been here and what value you bring to the organization. Ruthless.
