      Pros

      Employees (non leadership) are very nice and willing to teach and learn.

      Cons

      The organization is unorganized. The turn over rate is extremely high which in turn makes it difficult to commit to any new work process. Leadership does not deal with intimidation well and will make an example out of anyone who oversteps.

      I worked here for 12 years. I enjoyed the Flexibility, the mission and the family and community we served

      Cons

      So many changes once new CEO come. So many people quit and laid off. The company was around for 20 plus years and the passion they had went out the window when new CEO and hired managers. Biases Number focused Lack of care for employees
