Pros
Benefits are good, a lot of friendly people and everyone is willing to help out.
Cons
there are three owners, one is never present, the other is loud and cares only about herself and those she likes, the other works like crazy and expects perfection and screams at you for anything less. Unorganized, the owner will dump a whole lot of work on one person rather than delegate it out properly, as well if a job comes back messed up the scream at the person who drew it rather than the person who QAQC'd it (which is most of the time the owner) the owner does not like to take responsibility for themself and rather push their problems on others to justify it. The biggest issue I had was they abuse overtime big time, once you are salary get ready to work a ton of overtime and they demand it. they are loud and make it hard to concentrate, the owners are biased (once they find something they dont like about you they feed on it for years. I mean geez I can go on and on. but bottom line these owners are far from professional with their employees and they cater to the new ones while shoving the seasoned employees under a rug
