The folks who do the daily work are friendly.

There is no support for staff who want growth or development. Few managers have leadership training, and none is provided to those who lack such skills. Staff are expected to where multiple hats with little-to-no clarity about expectations or goals. There are non-disclosed profit quotas for non-sales staff.
