Pros
The projects and clients that CollaborateUp works with are very interesting and the work hours are flexible. Everyone is fully remote, and the company is very small, which encourages its flat structure.
Cons
At times the intern work can be tedious (i.e., tech producing for 3-4 hour trainings, note taking, and drafting summary reports), but no real complaints.
