No pros for the company & the people. But I can say that for ths company, I have faced alot & people are facing a lot of mental & physical issues & maybe they will be more stronger than ever. So thanks for making me strong & showing me the real truth of collabera so that I will never advc anyone to join thr.
Cons
1) Fraud company 2)they take money 3)they take sign from illegal papers forcefully 4)the managers are illiterate (Pls take some sessions for them) 5)They dont knos how to treat thr resources. 6)they never think about thr employees. 7)thy will force u to stay if u dont wnt to stay then they will threaten u. 8)They lies to the clients & the candidates. 9)They teach thr employees to push them to lie to the clients. If u wont be able to do that, then u vl be treated as a Slow & dumb one. 10) They have the worst worst HRbp's. 11)the management is full of wild animals who are just eating the freshers mentally & emotionally. 11)stop telling lies on the placement cell. 12)Collabera is all abt badluck . 13)Half of my friends are mentally disturbed & physically unbalanced and me too for ths organizafion.
