Cons
I started with the company at a time when all other companies had already done most of their major layoffs and outsourcing. Colgate was behind in this effort it seems. In order to keep up with their competitors and keep the stock prices high, they went from a very caring company to a slow shift of job elimination through outsourcing and "efficiency and optimization" efforts. So having said that, here are the cons: Very limited opportunities outside of moving from different states or countries Feeling that your job could be outsourced at any time Entire company shift to cost cutting has reduced quality of everything from our work to our actual products and packaging
