It completely lacks organization. The principal doesn’t know what she’s doing. She’s a puppet of the school board. Everybody is always afraid of being fired. It doesn’t matter when: beginning, middle of school or at the end. You are never safe. I was fired, together with 12 more! One of them had been there for 23 years. The other, was the vice principal. They fired him without any warning. Students are a disgrace. They are used to do as it pleases them and they scream to you on your face, they push and pull you to get their own way. It is a jungle in there! The school is always trying to twist and bend the rules to “save” money. They lie to you to try to make you sign letters of resignation so that they don’t pay you severance. They even tried to make sign a letter accepting that they wouldn’t pay me vacations! I have been working as a teacher for many years and NEVER, NEVER, had such a bad experience like this! I was fired because the school’s enrollment went down. They are trying to merge with David Maguen to be able to survive. Good students leave the school once they experience the madness and only the worst stay. I read bad reviews abou this school before and because of the salary, I ignore the comments: “Nah, it can”y be that bad”. Well, I’m posting this so you understand that it is the truth! If you were in Desert Storm or in Vietnam, you may be prepared! Good luck!
