Focused Organization - Sales Coldwell Solar Employee Review

I started at a very entry level position and now have grown to management level. Has not always been smooth as it was a start up at one time but over time Coldwell has matured and is adopting much more streamlined process.

Still is not a super stiff company with process and procedure. Solar is very adaptive and the company is as well, consequently if you are super regimented and can't adopt to changing process (by necessity) you will have a tough time.

Pro *Managers need to work with staff better. *Benefits decent and Pay is decent.

*Managers have no managerial skills only sales skills. *Doesn't pay commissions until jobs are done could be year later. *Less pressure from Management, better training needed.
