Coldwell Solar was an exciting place to work in the beginning. The company was buzzing and seemed to be showing rapid growth with no end in sight... offered many perks including catered lunches, generous bonuses, vacation stipend, monthly well being check, lavish company parties, & flexible schedules. Seems too good to be true?... it was. As the company struggled to stay relevant in the market, many perks were taken away and this continues to this day. Bonuses were no longer paid as well as many of the other perks mentioned... There are a lot of great people working here which made it fun to come to work, but management often made things chaotic & didn’t operate strategically.
Cons
CEO lives in a different country & is out of touch with the day to day. He lives a retirement lifestyle and only chimes in to be difficult. The President has too many irons in the fire with unrelated businesses and is distracted. He is often a day late & a dollar short causing lost opportunities & causing a lot of un necessary rework of tasks. There are a lot of procedures here creating by people who have no idea how construction works. Sales & operations don’t work well together & resemble a contractor & subcontractor relationship. But one where both entities can’t agree on the contract & terms.
